184th ST & 74th Avenue is a development designed to engage the West Clayton community though mixed use commercial, office, and residential development. The commercial space will contain restaurants and retail areas.
It will be a five story building with a contemporary design. The development will back onto a greenway, and will provide access to the recently constructed École Salish Secondary School.
